Excellent service, value for money, high level service that is not usual in Israel, everything is sweet and big, varied and delicious food, food like the king. In my opinion, it's a shame they didn't make bigger rooms, and there isn't enough Panama parking.

It is recommended to put a toaster in the dining room with a moving surface so as not to create a long column. Another thing is to put small saucers in the position of the honey and sesame seeds.

Courtesy of the staff, there was no delay in getting rooms, the place is clean and shiny, clean rooms we were in a room with a pv balcony 4th floor amazing room design everything as new take care of proper maintenance. The hotel does not have an entertainment team so do not build on it and the truth is better that way. The hotel is calm and fun, even the music is pleasant and not digging. In any case it is better to have a room on the water. But also balcony rooms are fun. Worth any price. Enjoy:

Shalom Rabb pool has a prominent screw from one of the lighting fixtures at the bottom of the pool. Although I have occasionally informed another crew member rescuers nothing was done during the vacation. Apparently someone needs to be injured to be repaired. Too bad.

It's a shame that the level of cleanliness is very low. There were wipes/bags of coffee and a snack under the bed. We have a video if you want to watch it. We'll be happy to send it to you.

We came to half board overall so good in terms of meals almost every day was the same and there is no dining room in the evening. If lakes were all included he would be number one in Eilat

I had an unpleasant experience because before I made an invitation I asked to leave the hotel at the end of the Sabbath and was told that there was no problem with this and even when I was harassing I was not told to remember the receipt the day before but actually when I told you I was told at the reception that there was no possibility. The first time I encountered a refusal from the hotel.

Overall a great hotel Excellent food only at the exit from the hotel The spikes are not good One did not fold and made a hole in the tire I stayed 3.5 hours in Eilat.
